What belongs in my package?
Depending on how long your cycle lasts, whether short or long, you need 4 to 10 slips. If you want to wear your menstrual slips day and night and wash them all at once at the end of your cycle, you need between 8 and 10 slips. If you want to wash them to reuse them multiple times during your cycle, 4 to 5 slips are sufficient. You need at least one slip for the day and one for the night, multiplied by the number of days your period lasts.

What tips are there for a first test?
"For a first test, we recommend wearing the underwear at home in peace starting from the third day of your period. How do I choose my size and the level of suction strength?
"Our underwear is known to be normally cut, so we recommend that you choose your normal size. You can also refer to the size chart found in the product descriptions. If you are between two sizes, it is better to take the larger model, as one does not want to wear tight underwear during menstruation."
How long can I wear my Mutandine Mestruali?
Most women can wear their Sisters Republic underwear for 12 hours straight, even on the day of heaviest discharge. Some women who have very heavy discharge (copper IUD, endometriosis, hormonal disorders, certain menstrual bleeding in their teenage years...) may find it difficult to wear the panties for 12 hours on the day of heaviest discharge and will likely need to change them once to avoid the feeling of moisture. Alternatively, one can start the day with additional protection like a cup or tampon and only wear the underwear by the end of the day. In any case, even women with heavy discharge can usually keep wearing the Mutandine Mestruali continuously on the other days.
Do I need to wear a tampon or a pad in addition to my Mutandine Mestruali?
"No, nothing else needs to be used, as our underwear can absorb the equivalent of one and a half tampons (in the LIGHT versions) and up to three tampons (in the SUPER versions)."
"However, if you suffer from bleeding disorders (copper IUD, endometriosis, hormonal disorders, certain menstrual bleeding in your teenage years...) and would like to wear an additional hygiene protection on the heaviest day for safety, this is of course possible."

All our fabrics, lace, and elastic bands come from the Mediterranean region (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Turkey) and are either GOTS-certified organic fabrics or free from harmful substances for the body and the environment. Our underwear is designed in France in our Paris offices and then produced in Morocco in our BSCI-certified workshop (the Business Social Compliance Initiative is an organization that audits companies to ensure that the working conditions of employees regarding wages, vacation, safety, etc., are satisfactory).
