WHICH ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
1. This is my first order at Sistersrepublic.de.
- In this case, you are entitled to our "money-back guarantee," which allows you to test your first period slip for 30 days in peace and under real conditions! Attention, the offer is only valid for your first order and for a single slip. If you only ordered the wrong size or are not convinced by the model(s) and have not washed or worn any item (except for trying it on over your underwear), you can request a return below and send the slips back in their original packaging within 30 days (from the invoice date).

WARNING: If you return an item without its original packaging, you risk not receiving a refund. So keep the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item.
2. This is not my first order.
You can receive a refund for all products ordered on our website within 30 days of purchase (from the invoice date) if the items are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, returned with the properly completed return form. We recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking.

CAN I RETURN TRIED-ON UNDERWEAR?
If you would like to try on the ordered underwear to see, for example, if the size fits you, "Do you have to try them on over your underwear?" (unless you are entitled to the "Satisfaction or Money Back" offer).
CAN I REQUEST THE EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM?
An exchange is possible between two products of similar value. Just indicate this in your return request.
In the case of an exchange, the return shipping costs are fully covered.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
"After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the corresponding items will be refunded within a maximum of 15 business days, using the payment method used for the purchase."
Please note that if you benefited from free shipping during your order, but the total amount of your order is no longer more than €80 due to the return of an item (required to qualify for free shipping), the returned items will be refunded minus the shipping fee of 4.80 € replaced.
