The present General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and any business transaction between the customer and the company Vidzoo, the publisher of the website Sistersrepublic.de.

By placing an order on Sistersrepublic.de, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions prior to the order. Upon confirmation of the order, the latter is considered as the customer's consent to the General Terms and Conditions.

By using this website or placing an order through this website, you agree to use our items for personal use. Any resale or rental to private individuals or professionals is strictly prohibited.

The present General Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time; you agree to read them before placing your order, whereby the conditions applicable at the time of your visit to this website or at the time of the conclusion of the contract (as defined below) shall automatically apply.

The price to be paid for Vidzoo items is the price listed on the website under each item, it includes VAT in France, but not the shipping costs. The shipping costs will be displayed separately at the time of ordering and must be paid at the same time as the order.

     6. Payment

As soon as the order has been prepared by our team and the invoice amount has been charged, an email will be sent. Payment must be made using the payment method selected during the ordering process. We will then inform you about the individual steps your order goes through until delivery.

 The company Vidzoo automatically cancels your order if a payment issue occurs and commits to informing the customer via email or phone.

The ordered items will be delivered in accordance with the modalities and deadlines set out in these General Terms and Conditions. If the package is damaged at the time of acceptance, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they are damaged, the buyer is obliged to refuse the package.

The items from Vidzoo Society will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Please provide a valid address, as the shipping costs for items returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be borne by the buyer.

     9. retention of title clause

The retention of title clause suspends the immediate transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer. Nevertheless, this exception does not call into question the binding and final nature of the transaction when the parties have agreed on the subject matter and the price.

It is agreed that the seller remains the owner of the sold goods until the buyer has fully paid the amount specified in this contract. Consequently, the seller may demand the return of the goods at any time in the event of non-payment.

If these goods are damaged, lost, or stolen, the buyer is fully liable for the consequences of these damages. He is obliged to take out insurance that guarantees a direct compensation payment to the seller.

     10. Force majeure

"All circumstances over which the parties have no control and which make the fulfillment of their obligations under normal conditions impossible shall be considered a reason for exemption from the obligations of the parties and shall lead to their suspension."

     11. Right of withdrawal, return and exchange

From the date of delivery of his order and in accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from his purchase without giving any reasons within 14 days, except for gift cards. The returned products must not have been worn or washed and must be sent back in their original packaging. Please note that Sisters Republic reserves the right not to refund the purchase price if the buyer returns the item without the original packaging.

Returned products can only be refunded; the customer cannot request the exchange of another product. If the customer wishes to receive a different product instead of the returned one, they can place a new order on the website www.sistersrepublic.de. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

       12. gift card

This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase in our online shop (excluding special promotions and sales). It cannot be exchanged or refunded. The card will be sent via email.
