Which items can I return?
You can have all items ordered at www.sistersrepublic.com refunded within 30 days after purchase (from the invoice date). These conditions apply only to unworn, unwashed items that are returned in their original packaging.
WARNING: If you return an item without its original packaging, you may not receive a refund. So remember to keep it until you are sure you want to keep the item.
Can I return a pair of panties that I tried on?
"If you want to try on the ordered slips to see, for example, if the size fits you, you must try them on over your underwear."
Can I request the exchange of an item?
The items of an order cannot be exchanged, but can only be returned for a refund of the purchase price. You can then reorder the item(s) you are interested in.
How do I return an item?
To return one or more items and receive a refund, simply send them back to us by parcel post (Colissimo or tracked shipping) to the address below:

"We advise you to choose a shipping method with tracking (parcel tracking if the package is not thicker than 3 cm, or via Colissimo), as we are not liable if the returned package is lost in the mail."
Who bears the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are your responsibility and cannot be refunded.
When will I receive the refund?
"After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund you the returned item(s) within a maximum period of 15 working days via credit to your credit card or your PayPal account (depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase)."
Note: If you benefited from free shipping on your order, but the total amount of your order did not reach the required 40 € for free shipping, the returned item(s) will be refunded minus the shipping cost contribution of 4.65 €.
