2 to 3 thin layers (depending on the chosen absorbency strength) of a highly absorbent cotton fabric that transports moisture away and dries very quickly, so that the fabric always feels "dry" and no odors develop.

A non-permeable fabric layer that holds back the liquid and thus prevents leakage.

The combination of these two materials - which together are no more than 1.5 to 3 mm thick - keeps you cool and dry for up to 12 hours throughout the day.
