How many period panties do I need for a whole period?

It depends on how you use them: For example, if you only want to wear your period panties at night and wash them daily, one pair for your entire cycle may be sufficient: you wash it in the morning and put it back on in the evening. However, if you want to wear your panties during the day and at night and wash them all at the end of your cycle in the washing machine, you should plan for 8 to 10 pairs depending on the length of your period. If you prefer to take a middle ground and want to wash them at least once in the washing machine in the middle of your cycle, 4 to 5 pairs will be enough.
