The Sisters Republic period panties are washable and can be used for many cycles over several years. The absorbent part of your panties does not lose its effectiveness through frequent washing, but like any underwear, the lace inserts and seams may wear out over time, so the panties may need to be replaced after a few years.
To optimally care for your period panty and extend its lifespan, we recommend you:
Rinse your slip with cold water after use (blood coagulates with hot water, which is why we recommend not putting the slip directly in the washing machine without rinsing it with cold water first).
Wash it either immediately or during the next wash cycle in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at 30°C or by hand with lukewarm water.
Ideally, do not use fabric softener and place the slip in a small laundry bag to protect it (as with any underwear).
And above all, do not use a clothes dryer, but let it dry in the air.
