The dry heat pack made of flaxseed from Sisters Republic (100% organic cotton) is ideal for relieving your premenstrual pain (PMS). You can simply place it on your abdomen or back, ideally by putting it in our specially designed belt so you can continue to move freely. Our heat pack can also be used on the cervical spine area or simply to warm your bed. It is also suitable for children.
PLEASE NOTE: During the first uses, a slight moisture may be released from the flaxseeds, this is completely natural and does not affect the properties of the hot water bottle in any way, no worries!
How to use the flaxseed hot water bottle from Sisters Republic?

Place the hot water bottle in the microwave, in a conventional oven (placed in a bowl or on a plate), or on a heater.

Check regularly until it reaches the temperature that is right for you.
Recommendation: -
Microwave: 2 to 3 minutes depending on the power of the microwave
- Conventional oven: Place the hot water bottle in a bowl and then put it in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes at 100 to 150 °C.
The hot water bottle must be hot in order to maintain the temperature for as long as possible, without causing burns upon skin contact. 🔥

Law your Hot water bottle on the lower abdominal area or back (at first over the clothing) and remain seated or lying down in a relaxed manner.
- As soon as the hot water bottle is no longer too hot, you can try placing it directly on the skin.

Tips for composing your pack
Depending on the length of your cycle, whether short or long, you will need 4 to 10 pairs of underwear. If you want to wear your menstrual underwear day and night and wash them all at the end of your cycle, you should count on having between 8 and 10 pairs. If you want to wash them to reuse several times during your cycle, 4 to 5 pairs will be sufficient. You should count on at least one pair for the day and one for the night, all multiplied by the number of days your period lasts.
