Care tips

To maximize the absorbency of your Mutandine Mestruali, you should wash it twice before use. To ensure it lasts as long as possible – because the Mutandine Mestruali from Sisters Republic is washable and reusable for several years – we also recommend:

1/ Rinse the underwear immediately after taking it off with cold water, until the water runs clear.

2/ Wash with the program "Synthetics" at 30°C with the rest of the laundry (don't worry, everything will be fine).
"We recommend that you place your period panties in a washing net or in the 3-in-1 bag from Sisters Republic when washing in the machine. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach."

3/ Let it air dry and do not use a clothes dryer.
Don't have a washing machine? Use our stain remover soap, which protects the absorbent fabric of our underwear.

Tips for composing your pack

Depending on the length of your cycle, whether short or long, you will need 4 to 10 pairs of underwear. If you want to wear your menstrual underwear day and night and wash them all at the end of your cycle, you should count on having between 8 and 10 pairs. If you want to wash them to reuse several times during your cycle, 4 to 5 pairs will be sufficient. You should count on at least one pair for the day and one for the night, all multiplied by the number of days your period lasts.

Die Unterwäsche ist sehr bequem, aber ich bin damit Fahrrad gefahren und etwas ist über die Nähte ausgelaufen, das ist ein bisschen schade. Aber ansonsten ist es nicht schlecht, die Nähte sollten allerdings etwas weniger sichtbar sein, damit es noch besser aussieht, wenn man enge Kleidung mit dünnem Stoff anzieht (wie z.B. Sportleggings).

Die Slips sind sehr angenehm zu tragen, ich habe auch die Victoria Slips mit Saugstärke Super gekauft. Ich habe drei Tage mit einem sehr starken Fluss und die Slips können nicht alles aufnehmen. Ich bin gezwungen, sie nach 4–5 Stunden zu wechseln (auch bei Super). Ich werde sie nicht zurückschicken, weil ich sie mag, denn sie kleben nicht am Po, kein Feuchtigkeitsgefühl, keine Gerüche und da sie vorne und hinten sehr hoch sind, habe ich keine Angst, dass sie nicht richtig sitzen … Ich wünschte, es gäbe Slips, die einen größeren Menstruationsfluss aufnehmen können.... Danke, Sisters!

"Ich verstehe nicht, warum ich nicht schon früher auf den Zug aufgesprungen bin!!! Die Slips sind super angenehm zu tragen und zeichnen sich kaum unter der Kleidung ab. Keine Sorgen oder Bedenken mehr, dass etwas ausläuft. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, dass ich meine Periode bekomme.
