Care tips

To maximize the absorbency of your slip, you should wash it twice before each use.

To make them last as long as possible - because the menstrual slips from Sisters Republic are washable and can be reused for several years - we recommend you:

1/rinse the slip after removing it with cold water until the water is clear.

Wash the 2/den slip with the rest of your laundry in the washing machine on the delicate wash program at 60°C (or by hand) (promise, everything will be fine :-)). If you don't have enough laundry, you can use the Sisters Republic 3-in-1 bag to store your briefly rinsed underwear until the next wash. The bag is designed for that :-).

Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Ideally, you should place your underwear in a laundry net or in the Sisters Republic 3-in-1 bag, which also serves as a laundry net, when washing in the machine.

Let the slip air dry and definitely do not put it in the dryer.

Tips for composing your pack

Depending on the length of your cycle, whether short or long, you will need 4 to 10 pairs of underwear. If you want to wear your menstrual underwear day and night and wash them all at the end of your cycle, you should count on having between 8 and 10 pairs. If you want to wash them to reuse several times during your cycle, 4 to 5 pairs will be sufficient. You should count on at least one pair for the day and one for the night, all multiplied by the number of days your period lasts.
